“I was looking for a specific balloon for a special occasion on short notice and called several places with no luck. When I called The Party Outlet, Antoinette called me back and said they could get the product with expedited shipping. I spoke to Roxanne on Friday and said I would pick them up early Saturday morning probably around when they opened around 10 a.m. When I arrived at 10:10 that Saturday, Roxanne said the balloons were blown up that morning and all ready to go.
