Our sessions were open, warn, and accepting. I felt safe and free. No to do lists or check off lists, or home work...at least it didn't feel that way. I have suffered many different forms of loss and continue to do so but with Lisa's help, I am able to manage and move forward, while embracing the emotions attached to these losses.
