I have been referring clients to Cathy Noblick for years with confidence and certainty. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I have been a recipient of her friendship, and know the qualities she brings to her psychotherapy practice. She is positive, caring, thoughtful and knowledgeable about working with people, especially couples (not always easy). I know that whoever I refer to her is in good hands.
I got a great deal out of and, thoroughly enjoyed Cathy's series on The Science of Happiness. She created a very comfortable environment for sharing and covered a wide range of topics over the course of the 6 weeks...including lots of handouts. I would highly recommend this course or, anything else that Cathy offers.
I participated in a Science of Happiness program lead by Cathy Noblick. It was well organized and instructive. More importantly, it was so much fun that I looked forward to Thursday evenings. If you get a chance to meet her, or hear her speak, grab it. You won't be sorry.
