“Beautiful, tranquil, and lovely. I am a new york city girl who needed to get away. Walden on the Pond meet all my expectations and more. I felt like I was taken back in time. I was a victorain lady of leisure for a week. The main inn and the cottage was decorated lovely. Everywhere I looked was pure eye candy. My daughter's came down with me, when it was time for them to leave they were already making plans to return. I spent 4 days relaxing, painting, sipping tea, sipping wine, and enjoying some much needed alone time. The best thing I was able to bring my fur baby. The owner was a living doll, she made you feel at home. We never did have our glass of wine. No worries, God willing, I will be back. If you are considering this oasis for a get away, stop wasting time and book it. Tell them LadyPam sent ya. Give my love to the duck family.”

“My girlfriends and I went to Spring Lake Seafood last night and we enjoyed a delicious meal. We ordered the tuna pizza after reading other reviews. It was so so good. I had the bolognese which was so good, shrimp with pasta and the halibut. And we ended with the banana bread pudding!! The interior is so cute and the staff was very attentive. The flavors in our meal complimented each other perfectly, everything was clearly fresh and well chosen, the plating was simple, sweet, and delightful. For two picky foodies we were quite happy with our meal. We had a pear and Gorgonzola salad, Brie and fig sandwich (without fries), and the avocado toast. Perfect meal for two people to share and we didn’t leave a leaf behind. Delicious, and worth a visit. “I had an amazing experience at this facility today. I lost my husband to Covid last January and since he did all the recycling I now have to take over that chore. I had bags of soil from potted plants sitting in my yard and didn’t know how to dispose of them. I went to the facility to ask what I should do. I met some extremely helpful gentlemen, they offered to come to my home and take the bags for me. Within 10 minutes two guys arrived and took everything were so pleasant and helpful. It made my day to see that there really are amazing people doing their jobs everyday without much recognition. Proud to live in Spring Lake Heights.”
