(June 20, 2018, 5:36 pm)More than just a workout: I joined during the winter expecting that I would try it for a short time, but the staff, the members and the workouts are just too good to give up. The energy here is exciting and I'm truly lucky to have met such amazing people at Impact!

(March 22, 2017, 7:23 pm)I have been training here for a long time. I don't even remember when I first started it has been so long. They welcome you with open arms. They accept you when other places may turn you down. Friendly people and friendly staff. They make it a fun atmosphere. Mike and the other instructors aid you in learning not matter if it is your first time or not. Why wouldn't you choose them over the others?
(March 21, 2017, 9:47 pm)After looking at many different places to train I eventually chose Impact and since then I have never looked back. Mike and all of the instructors do an awesome job of teaching proper technique while still maintaining a killer workout.
It does not matter if you are looking to compete or to just learn the art of Muay Thai, Boxing or BJJ Impact is the place to be.
Team Impact is a family and I thank them for welcoming me in with open arms.
