“I recently completely the 5 week jump start to summer challenge. I chose the 5 week because 10 weeks intimidated me a bit. But now after completing the 5 weeks I’m choosing to stay as a legacy member and continue working out at the Max of ocean. Previously I would jog a few times a week and walk a lot. But now I’m doing exercises that I’ve never done and waking up muscles that weren’t being used before. The workouts are always different and never boring. The trainers are awesome and motivate you and show you modifications when needed. And the members are so helpful and encouraging as well. Going to the Max in the morning makes me feel good about myself and sets the tone for the day. I’m so glad I went a little out of my comfort zone and gave it a try!”
