“Everyone at the Jefferson office was warm and welcoming. The ladies at the front desk were very knowledgeable and helpful. They even called me to let me know they were running a few minutes behind so that I could leave a little later for my appointment. The doctor and technicians were all so kind and knowledgeable as well. I’m terrified of needles and they walked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable multiple times. The gym is not like your typical commercial gym and offers mostly old school machines with some modern ones.
