“Dr Jon Crawford is by far the best physical therapist I have ever experienced. I receive one on one focused PT work for the entire hour of my session. (Most PT is 3 or 4 people to one therapist, with 15 minutes of one on one with the therapist ). What started out as pain and lack of movement on my first appointment was met with a professional, holistic approach to getting me back on track. Assessing my lifestyle, capability, strength, balance, flexibility from toes to upper back has me in good shape post PT. Since PT, I have been working with Dr Jon as my personal trainer, and am stronger, more fit and flexible. I have better balance as well. If I need PT for any reason, it gets incorporated into the workout session. Dr Jon listens, is well organized, competent, professional and is very communicative.”

He is very thorough when monitoring my blood pressure, pain management, and thyroid. He provided recommendations to lower my blood pressure, including cutting sugars and reducing my sodium content.
