“Dr. Bilkis is a very patient-oriented physician. This is the fourth year going to Dr. Bilkis for an annual routine check. Previously, the Dermatologists that I was going to were very preoccupied with finding things to justify additional billable services. In one office, this would always include cutting four or more moles off for biopsy. The next Dermatologist was similarly working hard to find work for their OR. In one case, the Surgeon could not even find the lesion to be removed and so he made a long gash on my left arm, just to be sure. This experience led me to doubt the credibility of the physician who referred me for the surgery. It seemed as though they were more interested in revenue than in my well-being as the patient. That was when I found Dr. Bilkis. His examinations are thorough but he is measured in his diagnoses. He takes the most effective approach to the particular issue. Today, two “spots” were frozen. Dr. Bilkis’s approach gives me a lot of confidence in his opinion and advice. I would recommend him strongly as, for him, the interest and well-being of the patient is clearly primary.”

He shows them and let's them touch the instruments he will use (has clever and cute names for them, too), and explains simply what he will do with each tool. He moves at a perfect pace; fast enough that the child doesnt have time to react, but slow enough to allow the child to feel in control, all while singing a song. He truly is a master at pediatric dentistry. Everyone should have a Dr. Dan!”
