“I can't say enough good things about this place. I started off only wanting to train twice per week and now am up to four. The workouts are effective and change weekly due to your specific goals. The staff there make you feel like family and it is a very comfortable environment to work out in. Kenny and Michelle push you to try harder, while making sure form is correct to protect from injury. Before, I didn't enjoy working out, but actually look forward to my sessions now. Michelle is very encouraging trainer---truly cares about my goals and helps keep me on track. I came to the gym after taking a couple months off from working out and my endurance already has greatly improved. Kenny is a seasoned trainer with a heart of gold. Not only great trainers, but great people. Not sure why I spent several years going to a very expensive over-crowded gym in the area when Figures and Physiques has been here all along! So glad I found them!”

“I went to Crossfit Clan on and off for about a year and I can honestly say this is the best gym environment I've ever been to. Everyone pushes each other within their limits and will help you break that barrier if that's what you're looking to do. The staff is great; they make working out fun and support you in whatever way you need. If you're looking for a new kind of workout rather than just pushing weights at your local gym, I recommend joining! Additionally, the Olympic Weightlifting classes help with strength and form, teaching you how to lift correctly and avoid injury.”
