I'm usually skeptical on going back to dealerships, since last time at dealership reslly close to my house, they never tightened the drain screw, and I had gone to Long Island and back. Almost all the oil spilled out, luckily I had just enough for my engine to not break down. After that I tend to change my own oil, but just never had the time to do so this time.
