“My husband and I dropped in to get some information and ideas as we begin our Kitchen upgrade project.We met Nick, and reviewed our current layout, dimensions, and pics of our small circa 1955 kitchen. After a 15 min. exchange of wants and needs, Nick helped us realize we had many more great cost effective options then we realized. After a half hour with Nick, he created a computer image of how our kitchen could look using stock sized cabinets. Nick nailed the design, and then educated us on the project process. While Luxcraft focuses on cabinets and installation, he responded to our request for Sub contractor referrals for other material & labor needs to complete the project. The cooperation, professionalism, and creativity Nick provided was exceptional, and exceeded all expectations of our ‘Drop in/ just looking’ visit. We where expecting to ‘refresh’ rather then ‘replace’ our kitchen. Now with the wealth of information Nick supplied, we have an unexpected option to consider. For a time, one of my children even had Dustin (whose review is also listed), who was quite warm and laid back in his style of teaching (perhaps a bit too laid back for my equally laid back child who was well behind my other children starting with another teacher at the exact same time). We thoroughly enjoyed Dustin, and his youthfulness, but have a different perspective on the professionalism of the owners and staff. Oak Valley has exceeded all of my expectations in every way and demonstrated the utmost regard for professional and ethical standards.
