His general knowledge / expertise and most importantly insight and understanding to my German Shorthaired Pointer has always been spot on. There is also no forced sales of unnecessary products, meds, procedures, or any else for the sake of profits. The animal / pet is his first and only priority and it shows. “I lost my dog, Reese a few weeks ago. He collapsed in the middle of the night and I had to rush him somewhere. Alliance was only 10 minutes from me. When I arrived, I went in and the technician came right outside with a blanket to get Reese safely inside. I was so upset, but so at ease that he was being handled with such care! They took him right in the back to evaluate what was happening. They spent time with me, explaining what was going on with Reese. SADLY, I had to say goodbye to Reese which has been so hard. However, the delicate manner in which Dr. Holland and staff handled everything helped with the entire situation I found myself in. They were full of compassion, patience and care. They treated Reese as if he was their own! I appreciate them so much for helping us through a very difficult time. In addition, they gave me a beautiful box with his paw prints, locks of his hair and a beautiful card. Please consider Alliance Emergency if you find your fur babies in a crisis.
