“This is a great little "pub" style restaurant right off of I-287. Upon entering, the bar area is to the right while dining seating is to the left. The decor is mostly wood and is very inviting. The bartender doubles as waiter for diners so exercise patience as he handles all patrons. Our order was timely served and the food was excellent. The crispy fries were amazing! We even received valuable information on affordable gasoline in the area. Stop and visit this cozy pub for great food!”

(Most PT is 3 or 4 people to one therapist, with 15 minutes of one on one with the therapist ). What started out as pain and lack of movement on my first appointment was met with a professional, holistic approach to getting me back on track. Assessing my lifestyle, capability, strength, balance, flexibility from toes to upper back has me in good shape post PT. Since PT, I have been working with Dr Jon as my personal trainer, and am stronger, more fit and flexible. I have better balance as well. If I need PT for any reason, it gets incorporated into the workout session. Dr Jon listens, is well organized, competent, professional and is very communicative.”
