The whole team was incredibly helpful. I received a utilities bill that was way more than it should have been. I feared there was a squatter in my mothers vacation home. I called the police department and they not only dispatched officers to the home, treated me professionally and with patience. Went over the bill with me to see if maybe it was an 'estimated' reading as opposed to an 'accurate' reading, called me back in less than fifteen minutes that the officers had checked the house AND looked at the meter to see how fast or slow it was moving. Thank you so much for putting my mind at ease.
