“First and foremost, I'll never use or recommend another plumber after my experience with SAY Plumbing LLC. Raw sewage backed up into my shower, while it was in use :(. My family of five felt helpless. After two other plumbers failed to remedy the problem and basically wished me luck, I was referred to SAY (Scott A Young) Plumbing. Fair to say, the third plumber (Scott) was the charm. Scott had the tools and knowledge to complete the job in a timely manner. He did a professional job and gave me an excellent price. He was clear and concise with what he would deliver and when. I have no worries of repeat calls for this issue, he talked me through the repair and his corrective actions to prevent future problems.
