“We are still currently here and this hotel is a great place to stay. 10 minutes from seaside heights beach. Really friendly. No one bothers you here and the rooms are like mini apartments. They come with a bed, microwave, stove, sink, cabinet space, a closet, bathroom, a desk, a stand, tv, and mini fridge. Would def recommend this hotel for anyone who is lookin for a place to stay. Low rates. Awesome place to stay!!”

“It's a great place for a lot of reasons. The manager, Christian, is the bomb. He really upgrades the whole visit. The skinny on some of the good stuff: It's one block from a great beach. They can often get you free beach passes. It's got an excellent if small heated salt water pool. It's two blocks from a sunset-mecca bay. They have both regular hotel rooms and efficiencies with a little cook top, microwave and decent size fridge. Also, it's a pretty quiet, family oriented, clean area of the Jersey Shore. Yet it's close to the frenetic and carnival-like area of Seaside Heights if you want to visit. This worst part is there is no separate outside smoking area, so sometimes you get gassed with secondhand tobacco. But it's pretty wide open with a lot of breeze, so it's tolerable most of the time. In the end, is an excellent value for your dollar. I'd recommend it.”

“Beautiful, peaceful location. Quiet, laid-back environment. Super comfortable beds! Al and Christine are sweethearts. Loved the room, the hotel layout and the lobby. The fishing photos & the history behind them on the lobby walls are wonderful and Al and Christine are good people. We absolutely loved the ice provided OUTSIDE - easy access to everything. Short walk to the beach - gorgeous area. We especially appreciated the Inn welcoming our service dog with no hassles. Thank you so much! Will definitely be back - highly recommended!”

“My husband and I stayed at Lorry’s last year for our honeymoon and the service was phenomenal! We called the day of and the staff was able to get us a room right away. Even though we booked our stay on such short notice, the staff was still able to give us the biggest room they had and decorate it with balloons and gifts for us. The hospitality of the staff is what truly made us happy! They were so thoughtful and they did so much to make our honeymoon special. The room they gave us was absolutely beautiful as well. It had everything we needed and it was extremely clean. I would highly recommend Lorry’s to anyone! The room rates are low and the service is spectacular! My husband and I will definitely be returning to Lorry’s again soon!”

“I had the chance to stay for a week at one of Tom's houses. We were two families of four nad we've had a great time. First of all, the house was big enough (4 bedrooms), and very clean. The backyard was perfect for a family dinner or a drink at night while enjoying the starry view! Tom is such a friendly guy. He made sure we were settled in right and came by every so often to make sure everything was good. Location is great: we could easily walk to the boardwalk. There's a big ACME supermarket, with a liquor store and a pharmacy about 8 minutes aways and you can go crabbing about 10 minutes aways! The neighbourhood is safe and quiet too...”

“Amazing customer service. I went in March with two friends one of which was vegan. The didn't have a lot of options but the waiter made a significant effort to check with the kitchen and work something out. It was delicious! “Stayed at your hotel this weekend for two nights three days for the chowder fest. We stay at this hotel few times a year and like that we have a pool and its clean. Can use more towels in the bathroom. Most of the front desk people are great and very nice. Only problem is the women Donna that works there is so rude and nasty. On the other hand the women Dolores is amazing so nice and is always there when you need help or have a questions”

“I booked a room for one night about a week ago for my girlfriends birthday. I booked the Ocean Breeze room and because it was her birthday I asked if they could do some to make the room look a little more romantic for her. The day of checking in I called to ask if I could check in earlier then the time listed. They told me yes & that because they weren’t able to fill my request of making it a little more romantic for we they decided to instead upgrade our room from the Ocean breeze (no view of the ocean at all) to the Beach Front room (Literally right next to the beach entrance) witch has a beautiful & perfect view of the ocean. So to sum it up I asked for rose pedals on the bed and instead I got an upgrade to a room twice the price of my original booking. On top of the staff was SUPER nice. The room was nice and clean. Some towels had some stains on them but you could tell they were clean. Honestly just looked like tanning oil on them so like no big deal. Clean, soft towels just some little stains on top of that. We got a better room then I paid for I could care less. I will for sure be booking there again next year on her birthday again. Thank you so much to everyone working there. Will 100% be staying there again anytime I’m there again”

“I have been coming here with my family for decades. We really enjoy crabbing off the pier and jetty. It's easy to drive our jet boat right up to the beach to on/off load people. The boards are lovely for a morning bike ride and the surrounding town is sleepy and peaceful. Will always come back here for years to come.”
