“We are here labor day weekend and we have been here since 2pm and it has been very quiet. Very peaceful. The pool is of a good size. And the play ground has the right equipment for smaller children. I am told there is a horse shoe match tomorrow, among other activities. I'll be honest I like it here so far. It's located in the pine Barron's so lot of pine trees and sand. Our site is nothing but sand well packed, but it gets everywhere, we have to entry mats and there is still a small amount of sand in the RV floor. Good thing I have a vacuum on board. The office/store is small but has the right items if you forgot something. Good selection of ice cream and other snacks. The staff is friendly and seemed to care if things were good with our stay. Our spot was easy to back into and the spots around us filled up with little issue getting settled in. The sewer hole is on the large size so we had to use our rubber adapter to get our dump hose to fit snug.”

“My family and I had a wonderful time. Completely forgot our check out date. My kids loved the playgrounds and pool. Used the beach pass and enjoyed the a wonderful day at the beach as well. We had a "Captain's Cabin". It has a large loft space the my the bigger kids enjoyed. Nice grill and fire pit out front and we had a choice of sitting outside or the screened in porch. We will be back next year hopefully in an RV.”

“This is the best deal in New Jersey for the money, and 10 miles from LBI. This is a very nice and quiet mobile home park, would recommend to anyone over 55. On another positive note, the new manager has already started enforcing the rules and regulations of the park, which is greatly appreciated. Again, a very nice place to live.”

“The place where God rescued me from addiction and life dominating sin! This place is amazing. God truly does speak to hearts and transform live here. My wife and I now come regularly for conferences and for the summer family weeks for sure. A beautiful place with a Jesus, gospel centered focus and great biblical teaching. Come check it out!”

“The best way to see the Jersey Shore and beautiful Long Beach Island! This casual, family-oriented resort is full of fun things to do such as mini-golf, bicycling and swimming. You can do it all, or nothing at all! We totally enjoyed our stay. Staff is friendly . They have nice activities for kids and adults . You are closer to beach . Another good thing about this place is that all supermarket and stores are within your reach. Highly recommended .”

“I've stayed here multiple times, and for the price, its great! Its family run, and they are all very friendly. Room 111 is non smoking... but unfortunately still smells like smoke. That said, the other rooms I stayed in were great. The beds comfy and water-pressure terrific! It IS a cheap motel though... so expect some things to be less than gorgeous. The door to the bathroom looked like it had holes punched into it and someone spackled it instead of replacing it.”

“Convenient location, plenty of places to eat in walking distance. 20 minutes from Six Flags Great Adventure. We stayed on the 2nd floor. Room had a fridge, TV, desk, single bed and bathroom. It was clean. No Wi-Fi or microwave but it was the cheapest price in the area. The staff seemed nice even though we had minimal interaction with them. Would stay here for the price again if we were to come back for six flags!”

“Bob and Marc are a great father/son team; they're extremely knowledgeable and take a sincere interest in assisting their customers (whether their swing, purchasing appropriate equipment, etc). They're the only guys I allow to work on my clubs as they are thorough and fairly priced. I pass several pro shops and sporting goods stores on my way to Tom's River golf center, I suggest you do too!”

“Beautiful B&B 3 blocks from board walk. Amazing staff and lovely home. Very accommodating and the breakfast is amazing! Every morning a new and exciting plate comes out hot from the kitchen. Every afternoon there are great little treats and sweets in the dining area for guests to enjoy. I would love to come back for the beautiful and comfortable rooms, service and the food. 100% would recommend. I have nothing bad to say about this B&B!”

“My husband and I stayed here just over a month. We really liked it. While the sites are tight with several trees, I felt they were plenty big enough and the trees offered just enough shade and privacy to be well worth the extra trouble backing your trailer. The staff were all super friendly as were the other campers that we met. The only downside was that it could use some sprucing up. A little landscaping and grooming would go a long way. Its a beautiful property with buildings that really just need some paint and hauling off the old vehicles and campers sitting around would make a world of difference. The laundry facilities are a older but clean and well lit, we didn't use the bathhouse, but I did go in once to use the trash can and it appeared clean. The pool is huge and the playground was really nice. We had no issues with the water or water pressure. It was a very quiet, nice campground centrally located to several attractions. It is a little expensive, but not much more than the other campgrounds that we checked in the area, so I'd say it's in the ballpark. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay here.”
