“I am a Harvard affiliate visiting from Boston for school-related trip and rented a car from this NJ location initially for about 3-4 days. During pickup visit, I was amazed and thankful for the amazing and efficient services provided by the whole team- including steps for payment, disclosure, and car selection. Habi, the manager (?) especially was extremely friendly in answering all my questions for the rental and discussing hypothetical circumstances that could arise while on a rental car. I've been renting cars since college and this was the best experience for staff encounter and pickup. I ended up extending my reservation over the phone directly with the same office location, and this too was a very pleasant experience, including a discount I received for a week-long rental and other benefits that were part of the school affiliation privileges. If I am visiting the area again- including NY, I would take the time to come back to this same location for a car rental. 5 stars to the staff!!”
