This is a great place to work because:
a) I would only want to work somewhere that everyone does their best all the time, and that's definitely the case here
b) Everyone's pleasant and professional
c) The owners definitely provide the type of leadership that's necessary for company growth.
Maybe it's because I'm a former U.S. Marine, but I'm a bit picky about who I work for. I wouldn't work for a company without integrity.
What I found to be particularly good indicator of integrity (regardless of company type) is how they handle honest mistakes that would cost the company a non-trivial amount of time/money -- do they do the right thing or do they try to cover it up instead? BSE does the right thing every time -- whatever it takes to make things right. That's why I work here.

(November 6, 2017, 3:27 pm)The 4 P's: Pleasant, prompt, professional and personable. Oh, and the 5th "P" is price, and in that regard I found them to be very reasonable. Would definitely use them again.....
