“I’ve been working out for a few years and I gym-hopped a lot to find the right place. Other gyms were too crowded, not enough good equipments and staff were rude! Glad I found Gold’s Gym in Totowa! I live 40mins away but it’s worth the drive! 🙌🏼 I have been a member for 4 months and I have made friends with their staff already - coaches joe, Rae, Bobby and Jose. Such a great environment! They have a good variety of members too! My favorite are the elderly couples that workout together! And then you have the huuuge muscular people! I love that everyone can feel comfortable exercising here - no matter your fitness level. Also, shoutout to Rasheeda who always keeps the women’s locker room sparkling clean! “First off, let me say that I have been looking for a Hot Yoga studio for a while. After Covid, the studio that I used to go to shut down. A year and a half later (once everything reopened) I spent months looking for a nice clean Yoga studio that offered Hot Yoga and evening classes. I was unsuccessful at finding a studio that offered both. Until I finally found Nirvana Yoga in Wayne. This studio was warm and welcoming as soon as I walked in. The studio is extremely clean and offers infrared heat (which alot of Yoga studios do not offer). This studio has morning and evening classes which can accommodate those who work. Many studios that I contacted only had morning classes or did not offer Hot Yoga at all. The Instructors are nothing less then excellent! They are profoundly knowledgeable in their teachings and will walk you step by step throughout your practice! I felt astonished after every class I took so far ! I would leave class in a blissful and content state of mind everytime! I would definitely recommend this place to any beginner or experienced person. I am very fortunate that I found this studio after months of searching. If your interested in trying hot yoga for the first time, look no further. The studio and the instructors will not disappoint ! You will leave class feeling like a brand new person !”

“My first yoga class with Iris Mind + Body was a goat yoga class, but it encouraged me to try some of their studio classes. I'm a newbie when it comes to yoga so I was fairly intimidated, but Kristin made the whole process enjoyable and not intimidating at all. I loved the relaxed atmosphere and encouragement to take it at my pace. I'm missing the in studio experience, but I've been able to take a few of their outdoor classes and they've been great! “As a mom, I am thoroughly impressed at Riverview Gymnastics. My daughter participated in the Summer camp two years ago while visiting relatives. She loves this place so much that this year she is going to stay with my sister for a couple weeks but her request is to attend camp. We visited the gym recently and to our surprised Tiffany remembers us and welcome us with a smile. She is so good with the kids... very creative, thoughtful, safe and friendly. For anyone who has recently had a total hip replacement and must maintain a greater than 90 degree hip position (between the torso and and the legs), this location has a seated elliptical, with an adjustable recumbent back support. I moved out of the area, but I would highly recommend this Planet Fitness on Hamburg Turnpike in Wayne, NJ.”
