“I had a Genius Bar appointment at this Apple Store on a busy Saturday in Sept. Overall, despite some waiting around, I found my Genius Bar session to be productive and efficient, and the technicians to be (somewhat) friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. I arrived on time and was directed by a blue shirt employee to wait at a table. While I had to wait 15 min for a technician to become available, once that happened, it was smooth sailing. I explained the issues I was having with my Macbook Pro - a blank screen- to the first technician. He asked me to plug in the laptop to charge it, which I did. After another 5 minutes, a second technician, Chris, came to my assistance. I explained the issue again, and he said that it seemed to be a display issue, and left briefly to retrieve an external monitor. Once he had the external monitor set up, he was able to reboot the computer and run Apple diagnostics, and those tests confirmed that the Macbook's components were largely ok, and that only the display and an internal cable were problematic. Chris succinctly explained my options for the repair-- I could have it shipped to a repair center, where techs would make the necessary repairs/replacements, and ship it back to me, or I could have it repaired at that store or another Apple store. I considered the timeline for both options and decided to have it shipped to the repair center. Once that was decided, I received a work authorization from Apple almost immediately. After 15 min backing up the desktop files to my iCloud (which was on me, since I wasn't in the habit of doing that), Chris handed off my Macbook to another employee for shipping. I received the repaired Macbook just 3 days later and am typing this review on it. All in all, a positive experience, and I'd recommend this Apple store.”

“Shopping here usually goes well. I reserved games via the GameStop app and they had them waiting for me. The games on the shelves were organized a lot better and the gentleman behind the counter with long hair was very helpful & easy going. I appreciate the improvements to the store a lot. I try to come here as much as possible now.”

“Most times this is one of the better Targets in my shopping area, but in the grocery especially it's a bit hit and miss. This store has been having some growing pains with its remodel over the past year, but seems to be getting back to being steady on its feet. I'll be glad to have it fully recovered and carrying a full line again.”
