“I had a Genius Bar appointment at this Apple Store on a busy Saturday in Sept. Overall, despite some waiting around, I found my Genius Bar session to be productive and efficient, and the technicians to be (somewhat) friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. I arrived on time and was directed by a blue shirt employee to wait at a table. While I had to wait 15 min for a technician to become available, once that happened, it was smooth sailing. I explained the issues I was having with my Macbook Pro - a blank screen- to the first technician. He asked me to plug in the laptop to charge it, which I did. After another 5 minutes, a second technician, Chris, came to my assistance. I explained the issue again, and he said that it seemed to be a display issue, and left briefly to retrieve an external monitor. Once he had the external monitor set up, he was able to reboot the computer and run Apple diagnostics, and those tests confirmed that the Macbook's components were largely ok, and that only the display and an internal cable were problematic. Chris succinctly explained my options for the repair-- I could have it shipped to a repair center, where techs would make the necessary repairs/replacements, and ship it back to me, or I could have it repaired at that store or another Apple store. I considered the timeline for both options and decided to have it shipped to the repair center. Once that was decided, I received a work authorization from Apple almost immediately. After 15 min backing up the desktop files to my iCloud (which was on me, since I wasn't in the habit of doing that), Chris handed off my Macbook to another employee for shipping. I received the repaired Macbook just 3 days later and am typing this review on it. All in all, a positive experience, and I'd recommend this Apple store.”

Maria was so incredibly helpful and found everything I was looking for. She had to go look in the back but she came out with the skirt in my size! “I've been working with PTB for all my landscaping needs for at least 4 years now, maybe longer. I'm very happy with the quality of their work, their reliability as far as scheduling, and the pricing. Although all landscaping services are expensive, PTB helps me manage and spread out expenses over the year because they are meticulous about quoting out every aspect of a project and super accommodating when I decide to add or remove items as we're refining the scope of the project. You will never ever get the unpleasant surprise that "the job cost more than the quote" from PTB. Luckily for me I am still able to get lawn mowing through this company although I know they have dialed back on residential lawn maintenance services. I've also hired them for spring and fall cleanups, pruning, plantings, and hardscaping including paver walkways and stepping stones. All their work is immaculate. I only wish that my property could look as good all year long as it does when they finish a job!”

“A butterscotch flavored cake was my first order here. To say the cake was awesome would be an understatement! It was the STAR of the celebration. Growing up in Bangalore India; I have been spoilt for choices with pastries and sorely missed them since I moved to USA. All credits to Annamalai for recreating the magic with a perfectly flavored, moist melt in your mouth cake! Eggless Cakes were hard to find and parties always were a challenge for guests who are vegetarian! No More!! We are coming back for more and definitely recommend to all we know... “I do miss the bagels from the old Coffee Grinder but with that being said, Kettleman’s has very good bagels at an okay price. I just wish Kettleman’s bagels had a bit more flavor, it’s almost like they’re missing an ingredient or something. But they are way better than a grocery store bagel, and worth the difference in price. I got a porkroll egg and cheese on an everything bagel with salt pepper and ketchup. My mom also got a porkroll egg and cheese, and we also ordered 6 bagels on the side. All together the total came to $23. It is a bit pricy but that’s what you’re going to pay for the quality. Even after driving 25 minutes back home, our sandwiches were still nice and warm when we ate them. As I said before the bagels and sandwich all together seemed a little lacking in flavor and didn’t “hit the spot” as much as we’d expected but they were still very good and we’ll be back eventually.”

“Went in looking for furniture for our new apartment. Was warmly greeted and directed to the section I was looking for. Was able to find a beautiful dining room table severely discounted (floor model, no imperfections) which was later delivered to our house a week later. I am so happy with our purchase. I went back and got a small writing desk on sale as well. Normally I would not spend so much money on furniture, but they have a large sale section with good quality items if you take the time to look. I will be back, as I still need a few items.”

“Every time I go shoe shopping I always check out champs there selection is hit or miss for me but when it’s a hit it’s a really good selection. The staff is really nice I found some shoes that like but I wanted to check some other stores and they were so nice about holding it to the side. Overall great store and only reason not 5 stars is that they don’t always have a good selection but I really recommend!”
