“The former reviews must be outdated or either this location has gone through great lengths to improve. We absolutely loved our experience visiting this location. So much so that I’ve visited other Starbucks before and have never been motivated to write a review after my experience however I was in awe at how swift and efficiently they were servicing people. I was a bit reluctant to go in seeing there were soo many people in the parking lot and then lined up for the drive through but to our surprise we were able to have our multi item order taken and received in well under 5 minutes. The manager (Terri I believe?) is exceptional. She was very kind and quick to ensure that myself and other guest were serviced well and if there were any issues I noted her deal with them directly herself while managing staff. She should be a lead in helping coordinate/train other managers across the board because what I saw yesterday was beyond beautiful to witness. So much so that I couldn’t NOT write about the experience. I’ll be intentional to visit this specific location more often. The drinks were ordered were perfect and the food so fresh and hot (and I’m pretty particular to say the least)!”

“Great for a diner style breakfast! Large portions, friendly staff, and fast service. The coffee is bottomless and staff was great at refilling our cups. I went with a friend for breakfast after a road trip and it was exactly what we were looking for. Both our omelets were filled with ingredients and it was enough food to keep me satisfied throughout the day. Our server was so sweet and she went above and beyond for us. We went around 9:30 on a Sunday morning and it wasn’t crowded at all. It seems very family friendly and if you are in the mood for diner food, absolutely perfect!”

We've been through many ups and downs, and while I believe this is one of the best locations I struggled for this four-star. I have a tendency to pick up sandwiches on Sundays and I don't always get the freshest bread. Of course it could be my timing but I do expect at least friendly faces and acceptable amounts of meat for the pricing which I still consider to be reasonable. I have noticed the quality dropping slightly over the past few months, but I'm still going to give them four stars and hope for a five-star in the future.”

“I visited Chengdu 1 Palace for lunch this past weekend with friends. I was very impressed by their menu since they offered soup dumplings, which is something I rarely see at dim sum restaurants. The food we ordered was quite delicious while also being reasonably priced. The wait staff here were attentive and friendly. We never had to wait long for refills, which was really nice. The waitresses come by your table with a cart filled with food and you tell them which items you'd like. Everything we ate was tasty and fresh. I really enjoyed visited Chengdu 1 Palace with my friends this past weekend. I would definitely stop by here again whenever I'm in the area. I left the restaurant feeling satiated and completely satisfied.”

“Went last night around(Friday) 6pm with my kids and their friend for the first time. They like to go to another place in Somerville but since they couldn’t accommodate us we gave Koto a try. We all agreed that we liked it better. The atmosphere and decor are great. Staff is very friendly and very good. The food was great and potions were quite large. They have a full bar so a big plus. By the time we left, both hibachi and sushi areas were packed. Plenty of staff to manage the place and they are on it! Highly recommend giving them a try.”

“Wow. Where do I begin, My first experience was opening day, I was partying all night, I’m also a gymhead. I had a headache I had no energy. I saw Mathew (the owner) and he asked if I wanted a free sample, I said why not? I immediately wanted too order something. The staff he has there were very professional, wasn’t so sure what I wanted too eat. The team worked out a perfect Açaí bowl for me. Everything was fresh and delicious and fair priced. My headache and hangover went away. After work I went too the gym, came back and got another bowl! Since then I visit every few days, and they do not disappoint me! Consistency is very important and tropical bowl is all about it! My new favorite place!”

“Came in just wanting to buy a large soda, expecting to pay for it of course. The gentleman, who was the cashier, at the counter said, "hey this one is on me". Now I'm confused, I said, really? He said," yes. Have a blessed day". I can't tell you how much that warmed my heart. Wasn't having the best of days and just his simple and kind gesture brightened me up. I unfortunately didn't get his name but he is the young African American gentleman with glasses . The manger knows who he is and he knows who is. Besides that, the inside was clean as well as the out. They have the new touch screen drink machine. One of the cleanest McDonald's I've been to. They show up Ariang somewhat in the areas of menu and service because they charge you one set price for hibachi where both noodles and rice are already included. The other one charges separately about $3 for either one you choose to be cooked in front of you as side dish. If not, they offer white rice but they forgot to bring it out last time we tried them and found things this way. . .No long waiting either.”
