“Overall the crew was great but getting information, important information, in an appropriate timely manner was lacking. At the completion of the project opting to have the lawn restoration and final grading handled by NJ septic management, a truck and trailer used to spread the hay for covering the seed was driven right over the septic drainage field causing damage/an uneven surface to the newly graded and seeded ground. I contacted Jason a week ago by e-mail to express my dissatisfaction and haven’t received a reply. Update: 10/26/18 the crew from NJ Septic Management finally came back to repair the ruts. I am happy they finally responded to fix the damage but I would still caution using this company if you expect prompt call backs and clear communication, however the pricing was competitive and workmanship was probably above the standard, hence the edit from 1 to 4 stars.”

I had an amazing experience and I would recommend this hospital to anyone. There is a lot of love at east mountain. I can say that they truly helped me. If your struggling and you need help East mountain hospital is the best place to go. The staff go out of their way to make people comfortable. It's more than a paycheck. It's more than a job.
