They didn't have the ones I wanted in stock so he told me he would place the order and call me when they came in. To my surprise, I received a call the next day (Saturday) that the tires were in. They fit me in the same day! Service was super quick and the job was well done. Will definitely be back!”

“Exceptional customer service. These are good people. They will take care of you. Just have patience. I have to admit I ended up being a headache of a customer for these guys. They quoted me low/very fair on an old cylinder head. I was in a rush on my job, so I was calling every day to check in. They ended up having to pull two separate heads because the first one they pulled was cracked. If I were in their position, I would have wanted to tell me to "get lost" to keep it politically correct. They almost definitely are not making any money on our deal, but they still honored their original quoted price. Steve Jr., Sr., and the crew here at Warren Auto -they are good people. They are just trying to keep up. Please give them the benefit of the doubt, and have more patience than I did. They'll take good care of you.”
