“Fun place to hang out! My girlfriends and I stopped for lunch on our way home from Flemington. Delicious food, attentive waitstaff, relaxing and we never felt rushed to leave. We did go on Memorial Day so it wasn't too busy, but there were still quite a few people (the outdoor patio was about half full). Generous portions of food, ample parking in the back, and handicap accessible parking right up front with a ramp and steps. The outdoor bar looked pretty cool too.”

“Great for a diner style breakfast! Large portions, friendly staff, and fast service. The coffee is bottomless and staff was great at refilling our cups. I went with a friend for breakfast after a road trip and it was exactly what we were looking for. Both our omelets were filled with ingredients and it was enough food to keep me satisfied throughout the day. Our server was so sweet and she went above and beyond for us. We went around 9:30 on a Sunday morning and it wasn’t crowded at all. It seems very family friendly and if you are in the mood for diner food, absolutely perfect!”

There were a couple of tea sandwich options that I wasn’t a fan of so they let me get doubles of the others instead. The matcha was great. The service was fast and all of the treats were tasty. I am always on the go and traveling across NJ for long stretches of time, and stopping by this location has been perfect every time. Even if the line is super long, they get us all handled and served exceptionally fast. I try to tip every time so they know how much I appreciate it. To be honest, even if I know another coffee shop may be closer on my route, I will go out of my way to stop here because other places will either mess up my order or be downright rude. “Tried Blu Crete for the first time for dinner tonight and it was excellent! We had the escargot and it was tender and tasty. Also had the Organic Chicken with Risotto and Tagliatelle Bolognese. Dinner was served with a Foccacia type bread and fresh marinara sauce which was so fresh. Portions were ample and everything tasted delicious. Service was great and the owner took the time to sit with us to discuss his new business venture. Considering it was only the THIRD night ithey were open, they did a great job! We have missed Veneto's and are glad to have a new restaurant in the Hills. Definitely recommend Blu Crete!”

I love that the offerings are Thai, Chinese, Japanese and sushi. BYO, and we will be back without question. We ordered each item that normally I will judge a restaurant by: pad Thai, Unagi, all he tuna, spicy tuna roll, scallion pancakes. Everything was phenomenal including the Philly roll which was just like having a delicious breakfast of lox and cream cheese. Definitely a new favorite place!”
