(June 9, 2016, 2:46 pm)Great gym and great people. Best workout I've ever done. I lost 15lb In just over 3 months. It's amazing how fast your body transforms with Crossfit. I come from a background of working out 2 body parts a day. Now I've come to realize that was such a waste of time. The coaching is excellent. They really cater to your individual needs and push you to do better. I'll never go back to the regular gym...Crossfit for life...
(May 24, 2016, 7:10 pm)Awesome gym, awesome people, awesome coaches. Been coming here since February and have gotten so much stronger. We pick things up and put them down. Great kids program for those under 12 as well. I finally found a place that I want to go work out at. Aces in my book.
