“First things first VERY clean. I chose to keep my mask on and no one made me feel uncomfortable about it and also respect my privacy. I absolutely loved the class. Im very out of shape, inflexible with low mobility and overweight. This class is doable and there are modifications. I never once felt judging or like I was too out of shape. The instructor gives clear expectations as well as instructions in the beginning of the trial class I took. It was challenging and can be modified based on each individual. They focus on mind body connection for effective workouts which is a huge plus and i certainly could tell the difference. I wish it was something I could commit to right now, I highly recommend it.”

“Everything went extremely well with this visit. I had no trouble getting an appointment that worked with my schedule. My wait time was minimal. All of the staff were friendly, courteous, and professional. My diagnosis was bursitis in my shoulder, for which I received one shot of cortisone. The pain subsided within a couple days, and hasn’t returned thus far. Dr Koss explained my diagnosis in terms I could understand, and was a pleasure to visit with.”

I was also helped on a recurring basis by her assistant, Brian, who also greeted me with a cheerful hello and the continuation of our prior visit’s conversation. Additional assistance was provided by Brian’s counterpart, Dan and the very friendly receptionist, McKenzie. I have had the need to obtain PT several times over the years but I have never had a better experience. I felt like I was leaving new friends on my last day and will surely drop by to keep in touch.
