“I visited there earlier today. Those guys are amazing!! From the phone call made before I got there, up until when I left. Greeted as soon as I walked in, by not one but two gentlemen. Stated my challenge with needing to rebuild a sturmey archer 3 speed hub with 36 holes on a 20 inch chrome rim for a 20 inch low rider bike. I was directed to speak with Steve who is a master tech I have to say. First time meeting everyone there and they treated me like family. Chat with Steve for a while like I was a regular at the shop. He’s a very friendly, funny, humble, knowledgeable and honest guy. Like I said before, I spoke to him for a while like I was a regular there. Even though I just got information the service was bar none. We made plans to get my sturmey archer 3 speed hub on a 20 inch rim of my liking. So I’ll be going back there very soon. Wish I could give 10 stars!!”

“I bought a used bike and needed new tires. Tires sold out everywhere, so I decided to check out Andy's Bike Shop, and I am so glad I did. I brought the bike wheels in the store and asked the man at the counter that I needed affordable tires for the size wheels I had, he offered some options and was able to replace the tire on both my wheels. I saved a lot of time coming here. Andy's is one of the few places that offer excellent customer service. My experience at the shop was a good one, and I'm spending my money here instead of anywhere else. Customer service is very important to me.”

“I called up Frank and he spoke to me for over 30min on the phone, we hung out in his shop talking abt bikes for over an hour, he fitted me for the right size, set up a few extra details to really get the bike exactly how I wanted it, and he made it all happen same-day so I could have the bike ready for a trip. Awesome guy, very knowledgeable, cool shop. I’ll be back for future needs.”
