“Fujiyama is a fun place to go with a crowd. For the past several years my niece has selected this hibachi restaurant as her go to place for a birthday party that includes family and close friends. The chef does his best to entertain guests with a little cooking show. Although I can't help but think he is laughing at us peasants as he tosses food in the air to catch in your mouth. The food is okay. Veggies, rice and shrimp are always good. Meat usually gets to dry and is not tasty. I guess that's why you get lots of sauce. The place is a bit loud so can be a challenge to hear even the person next to you. But not bad for a once a year gathering.”
