“Been a member since it opened. Just the rightamount of equipment so not to be intimidating. Awesome trainers who take the time to answer questions and demonstrate equipment. Other members are friendly therefore working out is fun. I personally would suggest the group or individual training. Nothing beats being pushed just a little harder.”
