I explained to her the issue, she told me the roadside assistance people never even called her to say I was coming but she was helpful anyway! Gave me an great rental that now I’m considering actually buying. (Nissan needs to go give her the commission when I do buy it)”

“AMSTAR is an EXCEPTIONALLY well-run operation! We were so very pleased and appreciative of how my father was treated . He is wheelchair-bound, his room is on the 2nd floor and is heavier (around 235). AMSTAR sent ample staff, equipment and vehicles so they were prepared for whatever it took to get him to his appointment ON TIME, and on time he was! Really, everyone was so nice, right down to the call I made to set up the transport. Thanks again - I absolutely recommend AMSTAR Transportation!!”

I had the pleasure of speaking with Jasmine on the phone to book a rental but at the time they didn't have anything available, she called other locations in order to find something then called me as soon as she was able to reserve a vehicle. Jessica picked us up from our house, took us to the facility to sign everything and was overall very professional and courteous. “Feels archaic to have a $400 hold on your credit card for rentals. Avis & Budget don't do that and I'm on a gov plan with all 3 companies. Smh & don't give me that "Different companies different rules" blah blah blah. They have insurance, I have insurance, they have my card...no need for the hold. ~venting session complete~”
