“Steve is an artist, what more can I say? Just call him, now. I had a dent in my Subaru WRX right on a body line. I was told by other PDR shops it was either impossible, or they would have to drill causing further damage to the vehicle. Not so with Steve... he worked slowly and the dent is gone, no drilling or any damage to the car. He was very professional, appreciates cars, answers the phone, and he's a super nice guy. One time the owner drove me (and my dog!) home after my power coil gave out unexpectedly, as it was more than a mile walk home and an Uber probably wouldn't have taken us. “After one of the rear panels on my car was crunched in a parking lot hit-and-run, I chose Benner's for the repair, primarily based on their high review score, but I have to admit that I wasn't prepared to be blown away by the work. I'm gratified to report that my expectations were exceeded in every possible way. The repair work itself was absolutely top-notch and I've included the photos to prove it. The car doesn't just look like it was never damaged - it looks like it did when it first rolled off the lot in 2016. Beyond that, every interaction I had with staff at the shop was professional and courteous. The wheel alignment I received as part of the repair has changed my definition of 'straight'. And even the interior of my car somehow came back to me cleaner than it was when it went in. Like all of us, I really hope to never need bodywork again.
