“Our 2015 Mazda5 started making a squealing noise while we were on the interstate, driving up from our home in North Carolina to visit friends in New York City. We ended up heading off the interstate and landed at one of the nearby mechanic shops. And boy are we glad we ending up at Walt's. Walt was there himself to help us with our troubles. His mechanics were well-equipped and knowledgeable. Walt was able to diagnose the problem. He also alerted us to a few future trouble spots (back left tire may need to be replaced in the next 6 months), but he didn't try to oversell us on anything. In fact, he seemed to want to save us as much hassle and money as he could. They rotated our tires and did a thorough check up. The price was extremely reasonable. He handed us a magnet for our fridge and his business card, telling us if we had any trouble on our ride to give them a call. We really appreciated the personable, skilled service we received at Walt's auto shop!”

“Truck Drivers, before you take your truck to any shop in Northeast Region, make sure you know the problem with your truck, or find a good repair shop. My truck broke down in CT on I-84, I towed it to the nearest repair shop, they told me it was EGR valves, we changed both of them with new EGR valves, nothing changed,truck was still doing the same thing (no power) I wasted $4500 for nothing, they didn’t find the problem, if you have Volvo don’t let any mechanic work on it, most of them don’t know it and they won’t tell you. I had to tow it again from that shop to the Volvo dealership, they don’t have software for 2005 Volvo engine the mechanic said. I decided to tow it to NJ to this shop (30 minutes oil change) all the mechanic did was driving it to inside the shop, and he found the problem, he found it without opening the hood or connect it to the computer. it’s the clutch he said. It was the clutch, my truck is running great again. If you’re looking for a quick repair shop in East Coast look for this shop, I highly recommend it, I watched them how hard they work to put trucks back on the road, I was impressed for their skills, take your truck to this shop you won’t regret.”
