“I am so my wife found Dr. Klein and change my insurance to him. I have gone to him at least four times and consistently, I am in the chair give or take 10 minutes from my appointment time. A few weeks ago I received a call from his assistance stating that they are running behind and to come a little later. I have never had an office call me in advance to tell me that they are running behind. I usually hear that when I am already waiting. He is thorough and has done great work in restoring my teeth.
