We have moved many times and this by far was the most reassuring and pleasant move. From scheduling with Nick, who was extremely helpful and attentive to settling and unpacking in our new apartment. Great communication from the beginning. All of our things were treated respectfully, wrapped well, and handled carefully. Job was estimated to take 5-7 hours. They were done in just under 5. One suggestion to make this experience even better would have been a follow up call a day or two later just to check in and make sure everything went well and to get feedback. But again, no issues. “Came here to try and resolve an issue with my Frieghtliner Cascadia. I was passing through jersey I looked on Google and went with the best reviews .. was not disappointed before going there I called and spoke with the young lady at the front office (She was amazing giving me feed back on what the issue could be .. you know 99% of the time you call a truck stop and it’s a female she will just direct you to a tech asked them a question and they don’t know anything ..ijs). I swung by the shop with my trailer which was big for me because you have dealers that won’t let you come with trailer love that convenience. I explained the issue and love how they diagnosed several areas and found two potential problems replaced them and it definitely made a huge difference. I will definitely bring my truck here moving forward if I’m in the area or neighboring states. The CEO (the gentleman in the other office ) forgive me I’m bad remembering names was incredibly cool (talk about hospitality) hands down the entire crew made me feel like family. An experience at a shop that I have never seen or experienced until I came to Jersey Truck Repair”
