“Wow! We got a new home owners policy and the insurance company said we needed to fix our roof. We called Martino Roofing and not only did they promptly arrive the same day we called, but they assured us the roof was in OK shape and suggested an inexpensive way that we could address the issue on our own using a carpenter to fix what they believe was a relatively minor issue causing the problem. No pressure. Just honest and friendly. We then asked what a roof might cost if we needed one in the future and he gave us a rough estimate that was less than our what our neighbors had recently paid. Bill's estimate was significantly lower than two other bidders. He installed several ventilation baffles in the attic soffit and adjusted a gutter that did not properly drain at no extra cost. His workers did an excellent job removing the existing shingles, replacing plywood as required, and installing the new roof. Clean up was thorough and no shrubs or Christmas decorations were damaged.
