“I took a shot in buying an 08 bmw 335xi sight unseen from Vermont. Scrambled around trying to find a car carrier and took a chance with VMS. Well, they tried picking it up the first night, but had a scheduling conflict, but they made good on getting it the following day. The driver that picked it up didn’t speak much English, but that didn’t matter. He cared for my car as if it were his own. I even gave them the option of delivering it to me in a day, but he drove straight to me so I had it that night at 12:30! I’d use this company again and I’m glad I found a company like this that I could trust. Thanks guys! We have moved many times and this by far was the most reassuring and pleasant move. From scheduling with Nick, who was extremely helpful and attentive to settling and unpacking in our new apartment. Great communication from the beginning. All of our things were treated respectfully, wrapped well, and handled carefully. Job was estimated to take 5-7 hours. They were done in just under 5. One suggestion to make this experience even better would have been a follow up call a day or two later just to check in and make sure everything went well and to get feedback. But again, no issues.
