“I had to take my one-and-a-half a half year old Razors Edge blue pit bull into Ponderosa Animal Clinic due to the fact that a man ordered his Pitbull to attack my pitbull just to see a dog fight while my kids were at a dog park that they frequent due to the fact that it's close to our house. Before moving to the area & visiting the dog park regularly, our dog has never been in a fight Noir did he barely even bark 'cuz he's never even been around other dogs until we moved to this neighborhood. Due to the fact that my two children were in a company of my dog at this time thankfully our dog did what he is supposed to do and protected my children unfortunately my children told me that the other dog lost the fight in their opinion because she was injured severely. Which is something that upset my children to see something so graphic done onto another animal my dog had a small lesion on his left cheek which didn't seem very bad at the time. 2 days later we noticed that it begin to swell so I Googled affordable clinics in Albuquerque New Mexico that's when I found Ponderosa. I am so grateful to the staff they were very friendly and helpful to my family and I felt like not only did they truly care about the well-being of my dog but also that of my family my dog was well taken care of for a very reasonable price if I had not found this Clinic I would had to pay over $1,000 That's not including the prescription for antibiotics and ointment that they gave me I only ended up paying about $300 that's for the examination treatment and prescription all together. Once again thank you Ponderosa Animal Clinic and I will be back if I ever have a veterinarian issue with any of my animals and I will highly recommend this veterinarian to anyone who is looking for a reasonable price and great Veterinarian Service”

“They always have low gas prices, the store is clean, well stocked and the lines go fast. The only bad thing I can say for this store is that there is a cashier that is not friendly and she seems to have no customer service skills what so ever, at times seems to be absolutely miserable to be at work. All the employees have always been amazing except for this one young lady. You say "hello" and get no response, she will not tell you the total of your purchase and when you say "Thank you, goodbye" again, no response, just a blank stare. I think this has to do with the fact she is young and has never had customer service experience before, never the less there is never an excuse for poor customer service. I will stand in a longer line with another cashier before I will go to her register.”
