“Take the scenic route from ABQ to Santa Fe and pass through Madrid! Take a fee moments and stop at Connie's Photo Park! It's free but there is a donation box suggesting $2. We had a good time playing around in the cut outs and definitely left some cash to support the project! Thanks for a fun quick stop!”

“This place will inspire you. All four seasons you will find beautiful scenery. The sound of frogs, birds, fish, and cricket. The smell of nature, the hug of a cool breeze, the sound of water running in the acequias. I find this place to be so unique and inspiring. Visit El Rancho De Las Golondrinas, you will no regret it.”

Cerrillos Hills State Park

Address: Co Rd 59, Los Cerrillos, NM 87010, USA

Park

“Climbed Grand Central Mountain from Cortez Mine trail head. Parking there is limited to 2-3 cars. We found a trail that avoid the nearby private property. It took us maybe 1.5 miles to the base of peak. It was a tough scramble from there. We don't think there are any trails to the peak. Be aware, the train is very steep and rocky. It was well worth the climb (~1500 feet). Unbelievable views up there.”
