“First off your king size bed was amazing! Very comfortable bed with the best pillows and comfy blankets that smelled fresh and clean. Rooms and and hallways also nice and clean and didn’t have that musty odour that a lot of other hotels do. Service was great. Gave us a fair price for 2 rooms. Enjoyed your breakfast biscuit before I left which was pretty good to. Those are the things that are important to me and for that you get 5 stars. Although there are some minor things that you could improve on. Stock the towel rack in the swimming pool area. And the doors to our rooms both could use an update.”

“Everything was pretty excellent, including the service, but I dinged it to four because the breakfast is very far away and not particularly good (I go to different Holiday Inns regularly, and their breakfasts are better than this generally). Still, beautiful grounds, I loved the view of the woods and the pond nearby, the rooms were very nice, and the staff very friendly.”

“The staff when I showed up were so welcoming and kind which I was not expecting. The staff gave us some recommendations on places to eat(all walkable from the hotel). They also did a late night pick up at the airport of our kids that were flying into town which was appreciated which the staff offered when hearing our kids were coming in late. We also had two dogs and I would have to say the green space at the hotel was excellent for having a dog and lots of nice sidewalks as well for walks. The dogs could sit out back by the fire pit with us and have a drink from the bar which was awesome. The breakfast was great in the morning-they had egg taco-nummy change from typical hotel meals. The rooms were super spacious and very modern. I highly recommend if traveling with a pet.”

“Had to find a RV park for 2 nights very last minute and on a holiday weekend. The man who answered the phone was so nice and great sense of humor. They had one site available and the reservation process was easy and informative. We were a late night check in and the manager walked down to our site to see if we made it OK and if we needed anything! Extremely clean park and compared to other RV sites, the pads were roomy and well kept. The dog park was nice, no grass but this is the desert and grass in Albuquerque is a luxury anyway. Very quiet park with friendly visitors. Beautiful view of the mountain. We will stay again!”

“Our daughter went to this school back in the 80s. Now, at 60, I look back and realize how much of an impact this school had on me personally and my family. The bonds we formed with the other parents taught me a lifetime of teamwork. Parent Participation is a wonderful concept. Did you Serra was one of the very first and vanguard for other Parent Participation schools? It's not for everyone, because you have to be involved. I am still on PTA boards, for our grand children's schools, a direct result of my days at Serra.”

“Awesome camp ground. Well maintained and clean. The road going up isn't to bad. Can get tight on some parts. Will most definitely see some deer up there. A few short trails and some really long ones like Crest Trail. Overall an awesome place to camp or stay for a few hours.”

“There's entire property is extremely well kept. I was impressed with the common areas and the driveways. It's clear that management works very hard to keep everything nice for us. Parking areas are clean and free of debris. We are thinking of relocating a family member here that is downsizing from their home. This park is right on the way to anywhere in town. Stopping by to check on her are bringing her a hot dinner will be easy for our schedules. I feel like shall be taken well care of here by management's effort to keep the park nice. Recommended.”

“Passing through Albuquerque decided to stay at this hotel because it was close to the Old Town square. Within walking distance makes it an easy visit. Easy check in, polite staff. Good size comfortable king size bed no carpeting on the floor. All laminate wood. Microwave and refrigerator on top of a three drawer dresser. Small screen TV compared to the ones I had previously. Wash area tub and toilet okay. Couch made it more comfortable to sit and watch TV and do some work instead of sitting in a computer chair on the edge of the bed. Breakfast opportunity was kind of meager. Waffle maker prepackaged muffins some bananas cereal Orange juice. You are not allowed to get the food yourself the person working the desk had to come out and serve it to you. Overall they decent room what I stay here again? Yes probably.”
