They explained the process and guided us through our needs and how our security needs and the ADT system would benefit us and what exactly we would need to match our house requirements. They were very friendly and courteous and new their job. They took no longer than needed. They taught us how to use the system. Everything was a plus, plus.
(May 31, 2017, 8:36 am)Installation went well the technicians were friendly and courteous. The response time has been good. The system has been installed in my mothers house. Both smoke detectors were faulty but were replaced in a timely manner. We have had a few issues but we are in a wait and see mode for now. We are very hopeful the system will work well when the bugs are worked out.Over all we are satisfied
