My significant other has been with cdchoices for a few years. From then and now they have the most amazing staff. Never once have any of them ever made us feel as though they’re straining to talk to us. Everyone really listens to the consumer and if they aren’t able to answer a question or resolve something they don’t put you off they find someone who can. I have switched from the agency I was with because I was made to feel as a burden when I would call my case manager. I have told several people about cdchoices and I know for a fact they’ve chosen them for they’re aide assistance. It makes me smile when they answer the phone because you can hear the smile ( and laughter) in their voices. It’s good to talk to someone who actually enjoys the job of helping people

I highly recommend CD Choices to ANYONE who has an elderly or disabled person they want to keep at home instead of a nursing home.
