I have recently completed a total of 3 appointments with Kathleen. She has created eyebrows I have never really had. Her professionalism, compassion, and skill has rectified a situation that has always caused me great concern and embarrassment. I can't say enough how her consideration for both aspects of the procedure, both medical and visual results, alleviated my apprehension and anxiety, and reassured and comforted me. I am thrilled beyond belief with the results. I recently went swimming and didn't feel self-conscious! I highly recommend Kathleen, her colleagues and her studio.

A wonderful business tenant for over 5 years. As a landlord and the owner of 1525 Western Avenue, I am incredibly selective as to our tenants. I really would give her a few more stars if I could. I can't say enough about how kind, lovable, meticulous, professional, and talented Kathleen Cronin is. I have eyebrows now that look wonderful and completely natural; I don't wake up every morning dreading having to paint them on. And it was painless. What a blessing!
