“I bought a 10-piece family meal, two 3-piece chicken combos, & a five piece ghost pepper wings. The cashier, was fun & engaging taking the order. We ate some of what I ordered in the restaurant, then, chatted with one of the employees, while she was on her break. She was very informative about Popeyes & very engaging inthe rest our conversation. I would definitely go back to that Popeyes Louisiana in Albany, New York as much as I would go back to the one on State Street in Springfield, Massachusetts.”

My food is always fresh and VERY well seasoned…If you like to get your hands dirty, there’s a great selection of fresh seafood and many different sauces to choose from- if you can’t pick just one you can mix them all!! My son loves their chicken wings and raves about all the different flavors!! “I went here for my anniversary with my boyfriend and the overall visit was very pleasant. Parking was a breeze because they had a huge parking lot upon entering the establishment we were welcomed by live music. They took a little while to seat us but once we were seated the service was great. We both ordered the steak with mashed potatoes and spinach which was delightful. My steak was a bit try but it was accompanied by a wonderful sauce. We liked that the menus they gave us were disposable in light of the pandemic and tables were distanced. We were given complementary glasses of wine as we were celebrating our anniversary. The desert was also delightful we had the cream Brulé and it was delicious.”
