“We stopped by on our way to Rochester. We tried their chicken over rice and philly steak sandwich. Food was good. Its best for take away or delivery. There were only 2-3 seats to sit and eat. Food was prepared really fast and was fresh and good quality.”

“Great little watering hole! Friday nights they need more than just a bartender doing the cooking and bartending. Had to wait more than 15 min for a beer on 9/9/22. Typically it’s much faster service.”

“We got the Florentine pizza, it was so good! The crust was crunchy all the way through, even on the bottom. It tasted fresh, and you just tell it was made with skill. The woman who served us was friendly and prompt. We're not from the area, but if we ever go back I'll definitely be getting pizza from this place again.”

“It's not often I find an Afghan restaurant, so when I saw this on our trip to Albany I wanted to try it. My husband and I shared: - Falafel Pita Wrap - Badenjan - Mix Gyro Over Rice - Bolani I enjoyed everything, but my two favorite things were the Bolani and the Mix Gyro Over Rice. We got takeout and all of it held up very well with takeout.”

“The egg salad was just good, not great. The flavor was great, good level of mustard, but it was too Mayo-y, making it too loose. Also no diced onion or celery. Everything else we ate (French fries, home fries, waffle, sunny-side up eggs) were all 5 stars but I only review egg salad.”

“Excellent halal spot in the neighborhood, right off of Lark St. Fast and friendly service! We each got a platter, one with lamb and one with falafel. I loved having the "choose your own' toppings and appreciated the heavy sauce serving. Great flavors!”

“Great place for brunch and lunch with family, Very happy staff! Parking was easy right on new Scotland. It’s got the woodland vibe but still a family steakhouse feel to it. There is a giant menu here, it took me a bit to figure out what I wanted. It’s American food and tasted great, we went at brunch time. I got the eggs Benedict and French onion soup because that’s my jam. Edds were was amazing, soup was ok. Mom got the gravy fried and wife got this loaded Turkey club. Everyone loved their food!”

“A nice indian restaurant in the downtown. The food is prepared fresh and it tastes really good good. You should do street parking there. We went there during lunch and we were the only one. Appetizer- we had Aloo tikki, veg platter, French fries and chicken seekh kabab. Other than the Aloo tikki whose look was different. Everything was really good and was made fresh. Entree - Chana masala, dal tarka, saag paneer and chicken Tikka. Everything was good and was Cooked mild with minimum spices and tasted really good and homely. Really liked the food and it was very light, fresh and good!”

“One of the nicer counter-based places in Albany! A great place to hit if you are in the mood for fried fish. Pity they're mostly a lunch place; it would be a great place for dinner before a concert or a Siena game.”

“Short business trip and decided to try this restaurant and it was a great experience. Food was delicious, Pesto pasta and the ricotta. I'm sad that I didn't try the Coconut cake since I was so full. The server was very attentive and she even suggested a local brown Ale beer for me to try. High five to her!!”

“The frozen Margaritas were excellent and $8.00. The food is nicely spiced and served hot. My only negative was the steak fajita as the meat was on the tough side. Stay with the chicken. Overall a nice place, beautiful Mexican art inside, including the tabletops. Friendly staff. Our waiter was Jose. Thanks!”

“The KFC food here is probably the best in the US. It brings me back to memories of good KFC brought home for dinner on those special occations. And the glorious abomination of the "Double Down" is better here than I remember it being anywhere else in my travels from the original run. The Taco Bell food is hit or miss. If the cool podcast voice guy is there, the food is always good.”

“We had lunch here. More beer than one should have for lunch but it was great. This was an awesome experience as was the beer in the middle of the day. Had a Cajun black bean Burger with their Cajun Fries. It was a bit dry but damn tasty. Man, I look forward to seeing this place again!”

“Stopped for a quick bite and was more than impressed with how amazing the hot food was. There is a lot in terms of store variety aside from food or drinks. One drawback was parking and location as it seems to be right in the middle of several streets of college student rentals. I imagine though for those students that's a plus.”
