Sifu Russ is attentive to all his students and has been very accommodating and patient in working with my daughter. He is technically very precise but is flexible in teaching approaches to help his students understand the lesson. The studio offers an incredibly supportive environment filled with deeply kind people of every skill level. My daughter and I have been made to feel as part of a family. There are no belts or uniforms and each student progresses at their own pace with direction and tutelage from Sifu Russ. “July 9th marked my one-year anniversary of being part of the Fly-to-fit family. This is the FIRST and ONLY exercise program I have stuck with in my ENTIRE lifetime, and I am not a young woman. The trainers, ALL OF THEM, are outstanding at what they do. Safety is priority, but so is getting a great workout and having a lot of fun doing it. This form of exercise works for all fitness levels and gives you a workout unlike anything you've tried before. After your first class you'll feel more empowered to take on challenges that you'd previously shied away from. You will feel the burn, but it is a far more gentle burn, and not one of regret or intense soreness. I highly recommend these classes for those trying to get back on a healthy track for their lives, as well as those with medical conditions such as arthritis, joint issues, fatigue illnesses, or any other malady that may have made you choose the sofa over exercise. Bungee exercise is not only a fun time, it is a wonderful way to take care of your body. You'll meet some incredible exercise partners and amazing trainers. You will see results quickly, and with these classes being so engaging, you'll be more prone to stick with the program, like I have. See you in class!”
