Master Lucas is super awesome, great with the kids. We have been coming here for many years, kids not only learn martial arts but also develop character. Highly recommend! Now offering more martial arts styles including Karate and taichi.

After 5 and a half years of training, my honest opinion is that words cannot describe this home. Not only do we train kung fu, kyokushin, kickboxing, samurai, flips, and more, but we do it in a very unique and fun style, as we all have tons of fun as a family but manage to get work done and progress at the same time. This is always something I can look forward too, and not once have I been tired of training here. Here at Breaking Waves Martial Arts, we have a wonderful and positive atmosphere filled with the most friendly, supportive, and all around awesome people I’ve ever met. And anyone can join, no matter the disability or physical level. And there is even a one week free trial. If you have read all these reviews, then there is nothing I can say that hasn’t been said. CMAA is an amazing place to train no matter your age. This is because of the atmosphere, professionalism and knowledge of Shifu Lucas. My son has been taking Kung Fu classes for over 3 months and it has became his passion. Because of what I’ve seen, I’m planning on taking classes myself.

This is my son's first sport and he loves it so much. He looks forward going to kungfu every week! We have seen such an improvement with his skills in such a short amount of time. Luke is great with the kids and teaches them discipline. Chinese Martial Arts is the best!

Having a son with an ADHD and autism diagnosis makes it hard to find extra curricular activities where he feels challenged, understood, and amongst his peers. CMAA checks all of those boxes for my son. Shifu Lucas shows the mixture of kindness, patience, and discipline that allows my son to flourish. He is excited to come to his Kung Fu lessons and is eager to challenge himself to meet the expectations set forth in the class.
