Pinnacle Upright MRI

I went this morning for a thoracic and lumbar MRI and could not have been happier. I have not been able to do a MRI for decades due to claustrophobia and this was the solution I needed. The tech was so kind, compassionate and great at what he does. The machine was slightly confining due to my broad shoulders, but the completely open front made it very comfortable.

If you have claustrophobia issues, give this place a try.

Pinnacle mri in latham ny is amazing. I'll start by saying I was pretty nervous (not liking enclosed spaces) and I got there a bit early and they accommodated me and got me in very quickly. After I was taken to the room and the tech Jay was awesome explained everything and demonstrated the machine how it would work. Between each image he was encouraging and positive and made a stressful situation comfortable enough to almost put me to sleep! Lol He checked on me frequently and explained when the machine would start up. . THANK YOU JAY!! I would most definitely recommend pinnacle mri in latham ny to anyone needing this service. The young lady at the desk was friendly and accommodating as well I didn't find a rude person there at all . Thank you again!

This is the 2nd time I have used this facility. Both times the staff was very friendly. Jay the technician was very professional and helpful. Very appreciative of his understanding of my anxiety. This is great for people who are claustrophobic.

I took my mother here because she could not lay down for the MRI. She had to do two different areas. One of the spine and the other of the pelvic area. I asked when making the appointment if they would be able to do the pelvic one sitting and they said yes. Well that wasn't the case! She had to lay down for them to be able to do it. I really think the people who are making the appointments should have to go and see what really happens and be trained so they can answer the questions of patients more accurate. I don't think it's fair to the technicians! They were more than accommodating and went above and beyond at Pinnacle to get done what needed to be. Unfortunately we did not succeed. But it was not because of lack of effort from the staff! Thank you so much for your efforts!

I am so thankful for this facility. Not only for the Upright MRI, but for their caring and compassion to make the experience pain free. I traveled 3 hours to get there because I cannot lay flat, and all the staff made sure I was comfortable during the entire scan. Couldn’t find such a facility in MA.
